All International calls on StormPhone postpaid services will be disabled by default. In case you need to make any international calls, you can email us on helpdesk@stormfiber.com from your registered email address and get your international calling activated.
Keeping in view the idea of ‘One Fiber One Bill’, you will receive your bill of StormPhone Postpaid as a part of your standard monthly invoice.
You can retrieve your call logs via your portal my.stormfiber.com
All standard calling rates apply.
In case you have triple play services and you are not using StormPhone services currently, all you need to do is to connect any telephone set to Port 1(TEL 1) on your StormFiber ONT.
