INTER-BANK FUNDS TRANSFER (IBFT).

PAY YOUR STORMFIBER BILLS THROUGH INTER-BANK FUNDS TRANSFER (IBFT) DURING COVID-19

In order to facilitate our customers for payment of StormFiber bills during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made interim arrangements with a bank to receive bills using Inter-Bank Funds Transfer (IBFT).

Note: Due to existing limitations of IBFT, it takes 24-48 hours for the amount to reflect in your StormFiber account.

Please follow the instructions below to pay your StormFiber bill through IBFT:


Step 1
Login to the internet banking portal or mobile app of your bank.

Step 2
Navigate to the Transfer Money option.

Step 3
Add StormFiber as a beneficiary with the following information:

Askari Bank Limited

Account No.:
00150100582839

Account Title:
Cyber Internet Services (Pvt) Ltd

Step 4
Verify details of the beneficiary displayed on screen. If details do not match, please return to the previous step to verify the information.

Step 5
If beneficiary details match, provide any additional security checks required by the bank such as one-time PIN. The StormFiber account will be added to your beneficiary list.

Step 6
Select the StormFiber account from the list of beneficiaries and enter the amount to be paid.

Step 7
Complete any additional security checks required by the bank such as transaction password, one-time PIN etc.

Step 8
If the payment is successful, you will see confirmation of the payment on your screen. Take a screenshot of this confirmation.

Step 9
Sign in to your StormFiber self-management portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials.

Note: In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.

Step 10
Press the Submit IBFT Details button available in the Account Details section.

Step 11
Submit the short form with the following details of your payment:

- Bank Name
- Bank Account Title
- Bank Account Number
- Transferred Amount
- Transaction Reference Number (Optional)
- Attach screenshot of successful payment

Step 1
Visit a nearby ATM with your bank’s debit card and StormFiber’s bank account details on hand:

Step 2
At the ATM, insert your debit card and enter the 4-digit debit card PIN.

Step 3
Select your bank account type (Current or Savings) from the on-screen menu.

Step 4
Navigate to the Transfer Money option.

Step 5
Select Askari Bank from the list of banks and enter StormFiber’s bank account number 00150100582839.

Step 6
Verify details of the beneficiary displayed on screen. If details do not match, please return to the previous step and re-enter the account number.

Step 7
If beneficiary details match, enter the amount to pay.

Step 8
Complete any additional security checks required by the bank such as transaction password, one-time PIN etc.

Step 9
If the payment is successful, you will see confirmation of the payment on the ATM screen.

Step 10
Sign in to your StormFiber self-management portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials.

Note: In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.

Step 11
Press the Submit IBFT Details button available in the Account Details section.

Step 12
Submit the short form with the following details of your payment:

- Bank Name
- Bank Account Title
- Bank Account Number
- Transferred Amount
- Transaction Reference Number
